We've recently become aware that a few customers are forwarding email for there domain to an AOL account. These same customers are then reporting some of the forwarded email as spam to AOL.
When an email is forward to AOL and it's reported as SPAM to AOL, AOL believes we (Myriad Network) are the originators of the unsolicited email and with enough complaints may block our IP from sending email to AOL customers.
If you are forwarding all of your email to AOL DO NOT report the forwarded email you receive through your domain as SPAM. If we receive a complaint from AOL we will warn you or the reseller once, and the second time your ability to forward any email to AOL will be removed.
When AOL blocks our IP address all the other customers on that same shared server are unable to send email to AOL customers. By reporting email you receive from your Myriad Network account as spam you are possibility denying service to quite a few other customers.
