direct web-mail access for clients?

Can I give a direct URL to my hosting clients so they can get their web-based email? I don't give some of them access to the control panel, but I want them to be able to check email when away from the office...is this possible?

Hi,

You can do this via 2 ways - plain text, or via SSL:

http://domain.com/webmail (uses TCP port 2095, unencrypted, not recommended)

https://domain.com:2096 (uses TCP port 2096, encrypted, recommended)


Username: username@domain.com
Password: whatever you set for the account - does not need to tie in with anything else related to cPanel.

I can't seem to get in unless I log in with the default account ID. If I have a different email account, the only way to access webmail seems to be going through the control panel. Why is this?
