We have several support options for existing customers.
1. Online help desk - our online helpdesk is availble at http://my.myriadnetwork.com (http://my.myriadnetwork.com/). Here you can open a new ticket, check the status of an existing ticket or browse the knowledgebase. You may also open a ticket via email at support@myriadnetwork.com
2. Online knowledgebase articles - we continue to work hard at frequently updating our online knowledge base. You can access the knowledge base via our helpdesk at http://my.myriadnetwork.com (http://my.myriadnetwork.com/) and click on "Browse Knowledgebase" or directly at http://www.myriadnetwork.com/my/index.php?x=&mod_id=2 (../my/index.php?x=&mod_id=2)
3. Online videos - we have a good selection of online help videos which walk you through common tasks related to cpanel, WHM and DNS. The videos are available at http://my.myriadnetwork.com (http://my.myriadnetwork.com/)
