I generally don't give my hosting clients access to the control panel...I don't trust them! But, someone wants to know how to check their email via the web. Seems easy enough, I tell them to type in "www.yourdomain.com/webmail". No prob so far, the user name/password box pops up. Problem is, the only user/pw that lets me in is the full account master username and password. That takes you to some kind of overall email page (after you choose from the 3 webmail programs to use that is...). That basically means if a client has 3 email boxes setup, one person can access all of them. Isn't there a simple way for EACH person who has an email account to view just their account? I tried using the email address as the username, etc., and it won't work.
help please!
Hi,
For future reference, response times are much quicker when opening a support ticket with us via our helpdesk at http://my.myriadnetwork.com.
Please open up a ticket with us for this issue, as we are going to need some account information from you to do some testing.

I figured this would be a common question, so being on the forum is easier for others to find it.
It's a basic question, independent of which account it is.
How does a person login to their own individual webmail account, without having to use the master control panel user and password?
Without any further information to go on, the answer is the same as the one I posted here:

I just tested it on one server (https://domain:2096 username@domain, password), and it still works fine for allowing just that particular user to access just their email. No "master" password was used - just the one for their webmail, which is a separate password than that of their cPanel password.
