Helpdesk Issues

Hello,

We are experiencing some difficulties with the helpdesk this morning. If you have submitted a ticket in the last 8 - 10 hours and have not received a response please go ahead and resubmit your request.

The helpdesk issues were related to one of the SCSI drives used on our server having failed and we believe some weirdness in the RAID 1 settings. We have a replacement drive on order. In the mean time I do not expect any further issues.

I do expect a brief outage sometime Tuesday while we replace the drive. I will post an update as soon as we know the time.
