For reasons only known to the Fantastico folks we have been experiencing issues all evening with the software. Some servers are displaying 'not licensed' errors while others display nothing at all from our control panel.

We are seeing spurious issues both with there website, forums and update servers so I have to believe the issue lies with them. We have already opened a support ticket with them on the issue and will continue to follow up until the issue in resolved. Just to be perfectly clear - we are doing everything we can to address this issue. We cannot make them fix the issue on there end any faster (or slower) then they already are. We have made them aware of the issue and will have to wait until we hear from them before we have further information.

Thank you

Just to add a bit more 'credence' if you will to the issue being on the Fantastico folks end:

We haven't heard back from anyone at Fantastico since we last posted and it appears they still have not resolved the issues related to there product. We will continue to contact them.

Thanks for your patience.

I have received clarification from at least 1 customer so far that Fantastico appears to be working again as expected. It appears the issue was in fact due to hardware problems on their end, as they (Netenberg) stated to us in an email.
