I wanted to take a moment and say how much I appreciate the service I have received. All of my sites were down including email with my other hosting company, and I was frantically trying to resolve my issues. I had no email or websites up for 48 hours, I had seen Myriad Network in the past and still went with someone else...I am regreting it every minute.

Your support is the best I have seen and you treated my issues and concerns as if they were your own.

I was helped with virtually every aspect of the change over. At one point I had called Jeff Peterson and hung up without leaving a message and he called me back anyway!! This is unheard of. I am up and running within roughly 24 hours, and email for one client was up within 12.

You have a friend and a customer! I am still getting everything back in order, but I felt it was necessary to write and globally give Jeff a huge pat on the back.

It's not just you, believe me :) I'm more than happy with myriad network's support and their VPS platform is extremely good.

Past experiences i've had 7-8 emails a day about each service dying, well had none from this. And as for support, I don't even get the chance to make a cup of coffee before im getting popups about replies :p

Thanks for the feedback :) We do try hard, and it's always appreciated when our customers let us know we are doing things right.
