Hello,
We had a long outage today on the main Myriad Network webserver which hosts our customer forums, email and helpdesk. The cause was a couple of different hardware related issues which proved difficult to diagnose. In the end we swapped in a brand new SCSI drive and some memory which seems to of done the trick. I apologize for the lack of updates but we were busy at the datacenter working on the issue most of the day.
I believe everything is back to normal at this point. If you notice anything out of the ordinary please do open a ticket and let us know.
