I know it's more common for people to raise their voice when they are unhappy with something and not say a word when they are happy / satisfied...
Well, I've been with MyriadNetwork for about 18 months now as a reseller, and I have been (and still am) very happy and satisfied with the service quality on every level the whole time.
And the customer support response times are just "smokin'"!
You guys -- Tom, Jeff, and whoever else contributes to this "very well-oiled machine" -- simply rock!
