Myriad Network is happy to announce a new support offering to assist all of our customers. We are now providing per incident support on non covered issues for our webhosting, resellers and Virtual Dedicated Server customers.
Per incident support is available for $15 flat rate which will include up to 30 minutes of level 3 technical support. This service is an excellent offering at a deeply discounted rate. Typical uses of this support would include:
VDS Customers
- Upgrade Apache / PHP
- Install PHP modules
- Upgrade Cpanel/WHM
Web Hosting & Resellers
- Troubleshoot and provide basic configuration of scripts and programs
We will only charge you after we receive your permission to move forward and if we resolve the issue. If we cannot resolve the issue we will do our level best to point you in the right direction and at no cost.
As always, we remain committed to you, our customers. We will always provide 24/7 support, regardless of the service you have purchased from us and will always work hard to provide the highest level of service and support found anywhere.
