They did have an a planned outage window today to relocate all the VDS' over to the new location but that time's long past so I raised a ticket and they restarted my VDS which seemed to fix the problem. I suggest you do the same.

Hi - if anything isn't working correct please do open a support ticket.

Thanks!

I would like to point out that this Scheduled Outage was posted in the forums 3 weeks ago:

Upcoming Maintenance Windows (http://www.myriadnetwork.com/forum/showthread.php?t=170)

Also, an email notification with the subject line "Myriad Network Scheduled Outages" was sent to all of our customers on: 4/5/2006 3:49 PM

Also, an email notification with the subject line "Upcoming Maintenance Windows" was sent to all of our customers on: 4/3/2006 6:46 PM

A thread regarding our maintenance mailing list was posted in our customer
forums on: 4/3/2006, 06:30 PM

You may read that thread here: Maintenance Mailing List (http://www.myriadnetwork.com/forum/showthread.php?t=169)

It was stated that we were going to allow anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours for the migration. At 04:45:00AM EDT, web6 and VPS2 (and VPS3) were shut down. web6 was up approximately 50 minutes later, and VPS2 shortly followed.

I would like to take this opportunity to note that our customer forums are primarily used for posting important notifications to our customers, as well as any customer chat, HOWTOs, and other things, but not support. If you have an issue that requires support, you should use our helpdesk, which is our primary method of providing support to our customers.

Finally, I would also like to point out the thread titled Automatically receive notifications (http://www.myriadnetwork.com/forum/showthread.php?t=113) (mentioned in every Welcome email for every new account) which will allow you to receive email notifications such as this when posted in our forums.

Thanks.
