Hi - I wanted to take a minute to post what this forum is about. We want your feedback - good, bad or otherwise. We appreciate your constructive critism. If you have something on your mind that we are doing great - tell us so we will continue doing it. On the same hand if we aren't doing something so well, or we are totally missing the boat on a service you would like to see us provide, we too appreciate that feedback.

I'm working on a couple things right now - one of them being a feedback / suggestion type form. We *really* do appreciate your feedback - good, bad or otherwise. Please keep the suggestions flowing.

No negative feedback here. Recent server migration went through flawlessly.
As always, can never describe your wonderful customer service - nothing comes close. Just read a series of posts by Tom and Jeff on the drupal board regarding script security. I would ALWAYS without question trust your judgement and advisories. You guys look out for your customers and you treat the old ones as good as the new ones. I just took a peek out on the internet to see what other companies have to offer, I laugh at what they are giving away and for how much. The deals sound wonderful - but just wait until your email starts bouncing, or your sites are going up and down like a kid on a pogo stick - customer service is usually a ticket to india, with a response in 2 days that says "theres nothing wrong" - oh if people only knew!.
Folks if your not yet a customer of this company, and your reading this, if you want support and service, it doesn't get any better than Myriad. Lots of compettition in the web biz - if you can't keep your sites up, your not going to last too long. I have setup my PC in my office as a server, I can host my own web pages, No Thanks. Something works, you stick with it. Been with this company 3 - 4 years now and I am very confident in saying that I am a customer for life. I am clueless on suggestions to improve things. It's been great from day one. Thanks Guys!
Wow, thanks a lot for the very positive feedback! I'm very pleased to hear everything has gone well with the migration. A lot of time and effort has gone into making sure that migrations go as smooth as humanly possible, and with the absolute least amount of effort on the part of the customer. 99.x% of the migrations have gone flawlessly so far, judging by feedback (and lack of feedback) from customers.
I'll make sure everyone here sees this thread so they can pat themselves on the back. Thanks for your continued business and for the kind words - much appreciated!
