Hi,

At this time we are currently experiencing issues with our helpdesk which we expect to have resolved within the next few hours. If you have attempted to open a ticket and have not received an automatic response from the helpdesk, or if you have not received the typical timely response that we provide, your ticket has likely not reached us.

As a reminder, Myriad Network does provide 24/7 phone support, and the phone number can be found here:

This thread will be updated when we have confirmed everything is back to normal, at which time we request you please resubmit your ticket(s) if you have not already called and spoken with someone and still have pending support requests. Thank you for your patience in the meantime.
