We have several support options for existing customers.

1. Online help desk - our online helpdesk is availble at http://my.myriadnetwork.com. Here you can open a new ticket, check the status of an existing ticket or browse the knowledgebase. You may also open a ticket via email at support@myriadnetwork.com

2. Online knowledgebase articles - we continue to work hard at frequently updating our online knowledge base. You can access the knowledge base via our helpdesk at http://my.myriadnetwork.com and click on "Browse Knowledgebase" or directly at http://www.myriadnetwork.com/my/index.php?x=&mod_id=2

3. Online videos - we have a good selection of online help videos which walk you through common tasks related to cpanel, WHM and DNS. The videos are available at http://my.myriadnetwork.com

4. Toll Free - our support engineers are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. If you have a non urgent matter we ask that you please open a ticket (http://my.myriadnetwork.com).
