Hello all,

I just wanted to comment on the maintenance by BTN last night. The downtime on our end appears to have been extremely minimal, amounting to only several brief instances of intermittent availability, as reported by our network monitoring software. I was connected to a handful of the servers during the entire maintenance window, and even after the upgrade was complete, I still had not lost my connection to any of the servers.

Also, we have followed up with several overseas customers who had previously reported issues to us, and they state everything is looking good from their end now. Thank you for your patience. I am very pleased to report that this maintenance by BTN caused little more than a few brief network "hiccups" and nothing more.
