Outage / Packet Loss

We are seeing tons of packet loss / latency across both our BTN GE's. We've opened a ticket with the BTN NOC and are awaiting on a response. If you have a service on the following netblocks you may be affected:

Just got off the phone with the BTN NOC. They are experiencing BGP related issues across the entire BTN / PCCW network. Engineers are onsite working on the issue. At this time they were unable to provide an ETA on resolution.
