I definitely would like to share my testimonial with everyone:
I have been with Myriad for probably over 3 years now, maybe longer. I remember when Tom set me up with my first account and I was immediatly impressed by their website and reseller plan value.
However, what really impressed me was the one on one service that Myriad offered. Throughout the years and the various accounts I have setup through Myriad, they have always been there to "hold my hand". I have had many types of problems, sometimes @ 3 in the morning, and there they were working faithfully to resolve my issues.
It never ceases to amaze me how a company can be so consistant day after day, week after week, year after year.
