We're running out of unique thread titles in this forum. ;) They all mean basically the same thing anyway. You guys are great.
I've been a customer for what must be going on a couple of years now (I'm not sure of the exact date), and you guys have never failed to make the experience a pleasure. Everyone I have spoken or corresponded with at your company has been friendly and immediately available. I suppose the reliability of your servers helps to free up the time you use answering questions.
My sites have always been up, with quick response times and fast transfer speeds. This wasn't the case at the previous hosts I've used.
A few years ago, I rented a dedicated server and looked into starting my own small hosting business. I realized then how much of a cut throat market this is. There are thousands of fly-by-night operations out there running like the one I was contemplating, and it's very easy to make them look professional with a nice looking website. A lot of people get suckered into a relationship with a business that is only running a numbers game. Performance for the individual user is put at a lower priority than filling the server with as many low-use customers as possible. It's a poor practice, but all too common.
To anyone who is browsing these forums to judge customer opinions, it's pretty obvious what mine is by now. If my experience and the experiences of others in this forum are not convincing enough, then send MyriadNetwork an email at their support adddress, support - at - myriadnetwork.com, to see how quickly they would respond if you had any questions or problems you needed solved. I know this reads a bit like a marketing brochure, but MyriadNetwork really merits all of the customer loyalty you see here.
Thank you, MyriadNetwork.
