IMPACT OF WORK: Brief Outage


PCCW Global will be performing an emergency maintenance to replace a card on
one of their core routers. There will be a brief interruption of service as
the card is replaced and session are brought back up. PCCW Global will track
this maintenance under our ticket HD1461.

We apologize for the inconvenience this will cause and the short notice.
Our Engineering team had determined that not replacing the card immediately
poses a significant risk of causing a more significant outage.

The outage was very, very brief, lasting about 30 seconds, if that.
