We have been actively working on rolling out a new online billing system that allows customers the full range of billing activities one would normally expect.
The process is going to take another few months as the process to add customers from our existing (offline) billing system to the new billing system is a manual one.
When you are added to the new billing system you will receive an email with your login information. Once you have that you will go to https://billing.myriadnetwork.com to login.
Again, this is a slow customer-by-customer process. We have been adding customers for a couple weeks now and are about 1/6th the way through the process.
