I'm getting unrouteable mail domain errors from a few domains I try to email. I read in the support files that this may have something to do with reverse DNS entries. Some of these addresses would receive my email in the past, but now do not. Could they be blocked because my domain has been tagged as a spammer or something?

There are a few reasons behind this message. One of them indeed being reverse DNS entries.
Are you a VDS customer? Do you have an RDNS entry on your VDS?
Your best course of action would be to open a support ticket so we can check into this issue.

I am not a VDS customer. I opened a support ticket, but wanted to post to see if any other users have had the same issues.
Thanks
Tim

I posted a ticket but have not received a response. I'm going to open a new one.
Hi,
I don't see any unanswered tickets on the helpdesk. Can you please tell us your ticket number? Thanks.
Your new ticket has been received and we are looking into it now. Thanks.
